How to Find Your Size

Follow the steps below to measure your foot length and then use the chart above to find your size. Size up if your measurements are in between a size. For example, if your foot measures 243mm, then you'll want to go with a size Women's 8.

  1. Step 1 illustration: paper taped to a flat surface against a wall

    Step 1: Tape a piece of paper on a flat surface, flush against a wall.

  2. Step 2 illustration: foot on paper with pencil marking longest toe

    Step 2: Put your foot on the paper with your heel against the wall and have a friend mark the longest toe length of your foot.

  3. Step 3 illustration: ruler measuring distance on paper

    Step 3: Use a ruler to measure from the wall to the length you marked on the paper. Repeat with the other foot—typically one foot is slightly longer than the other.

Care Instructions

To keep your shoes and footbeds looking their best:


• Wipe clean with a dry brush or microfiber cloth after wear
• Spot clean with a damp microfiber cloth as needed
• Never machine wash or tumble dry — this will damage the materials

With proper care, your footbeds will mold to your feet and improve with time.

Returns & Exchanges: We want you to be thrilled with your Commbis. We will gladly accept returns on all full-priced items (except those marked “final sale”) within 21 days from the time of delivery, provided the item is in the same condition as received, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Return shipping fees are covered in the return fee.

    THE SLIDE

    My absolute go-to slide! I always get compliments on them each time I wear. They jazz up any outfit and the leather morphs to your feet well. I did have to size up though! I'm generally a solid women's 8, but for this brand, I found better comfort at going up to a size 9. They fit wonderfully.

    I love the concept of this shoe! Changing the footbeds not only allows for different looks, but also allows you to use the shoes in more seasons. I ordered my normal size 6 in the Blush Pink Napa leather slide. I have narrow feet, but found the band around the toes was very narrow. Also, the length was a bit too short. Customer service was fantastic in allowing me to exchange for a size 7. The Napa Leather was sold out, so I got the Cream Vegan Leather. The length is perfect and the band around the foot is larger. Highly recommend the shoe and the company!
